I'm sure I could figure this out on my own, but does turning the pump clockwise advance the injection pump on a 2.5 na? Clockwise as in looking from the back of the engine towards the front.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Quick question to you both - i have a 2.5 injection pump that needs an overhaul - any suggestions on where to go? I have been in touch with West Coast Diesel in Richmond but would not mind an alternate price. Also, anyone that can take on the removal work? I am in the lower mainland

I'm on the Island, so always use Wilson & Proctor in Victoria.
