Drive up to the ww2 crash site on Mount Bolduc Sunday Nov 9th Nov.
Howdy
On Sunday November 9th we are going to drive up to the WW2 bomber crash site on Mount Bolduc.
Meet at the Tim Hortons across from the BC Forest Museum at 9:30 am. Bring the usual, radios, cameras, lawn chairs, lunch, treats to share, warm clothes, spare tires (if your driving a street rover), no names mentioned but somehow the name Matt springs to mind.
This should be a no scratch run and we should be back on the pavement by 3;30pm.
Unless we have to tow someone out of a ditch .......again, no names mentioned but you all know who I am talking about.
Hope you can come this year Eric, talk nice to Sue and she may let you use her Range rover?????
See you all there, tell your rover friends, (if you have any) the more the merrier.
This event will go rain or shine.................I will likely need a ride (like usual).
Talk soon Victor
So (or if your into knitting (Sew) who coming? Speak up now.

Hi Victor
I posted this on the Roverlanders Facebook page to spread the word. One person named Lucas is planning to attend. I am waiting to confirm I can get the day off before committing.
Cheers, Rob

Great day (no rain) no rovers got injured or stuck we found the plane wreck, paid our respects and had a very pleasant pleasant lunch way-way up on the top of Mount Bolduc and as a bonus we made it home in time for dinner. Despite a bit of a delay in beautiful downtown Youbou (do to some elk who didn't want to share the road), anyway next trip likely will be between Christmas and New years we may head up to the the top of Mount Arrowsmith to check out the Old abandoned ski hill.
Stay tuned for more info.

Thanks for the ride Colin.

Thanks for the road trip everyone. Good to get out and good that everyone got back unscathed.
Here are a few pictures from the day.
