Region 2 March 16 meeting minutes

Tuesday March 16th


Call to order: 7:35PM

Club Reports:

Coquitlam Crawlers: Lots of work on trucks, going to Kenyon Lake soon.

Herd of Turtles: Just had their AGM. AGM Poker run is ready to go.

Roverlanders: not present

Individuals: Paul broke his truck.


Old Business:

Trade Show: Lots of people out and lots of interest. Hopefully some people will show up at the AGM. An idea for next year might be to hold a raffle.

Ricky’s Meeting Place: Region II VP should approach the BOD to find out about picking up the $3 per person meeting charge if people don’t order food or drink.


Land Use:

Eagle Ridge: Working on cleanup access. Government supports the idea of a clean up but can’t offer any help.

Stave Lake: There is interest on BC4X4 for a clean up. Bill looking into a clean up and the possible date is July 10th. Bill is trying to get donations for food and an outhouse.


New Business:

Region II Run: Coquitlam Crawlers will be hosting the run. The run will be April 24th. Meeting place and time will be posted closer to the run.

AGM: The will be a poker run on Saturday and another run on Sunday. There are a total of 94 prizes.

Region II VP Election: Andrea Hoffman was elected Region II VP.
