Harrison/Port Douglas details

#1 Post by Bill E. » Fri Nov 16, 2007 10:33 am

Saturday November 17th, we have planned a run up west side of Harrison Lake to Historic Port Douglas.
It will take about 3 hours to get there , so it might turn out to be a long day. This is an easy run suitable for stock vehicles and all level off-road drivers. Bring enough fuel, food and drink because there are no opportunities to purchase anything once we proceed up the lake shore.
We will be meeting at Sasquatch Inn at 8:00 am sharp. Directions to Sasquatch Inn : The Sasquatch Inn is ~30 miles East of Maple Ridge, on the North side of the Lougheed Highway (Hwy 7), near the Morris Valley Road junction (the turn-off to Hemlock Valley, etc.). If you get to Agassiz, you’ve gone too far!

Bill, cool Rovers in your signature. Where did you get them, how do I get them, and how do I add them to my signature?

Thanks,
Pete

You're just pissed because there's not one there that looks like your truck, none of them are dented!

Hey Dave,
I think it is better if you give Stuart a call at home to find out about the MIA. We need to protect the guilty here

Let's just say that the whole thing could have been avoided with an adequate supply of wag-bags.

I'm afraid so Dave, photos of the run are posted for those of you who haven't seen them yet.
