I'm sure you could order some up from Wise Owl, or even a local guy like Don at RoverTech could probably get you some.
I have a series and recently put on the Iron Goat (minus the logo) on mine and am very pleased with them. Matches all the black plastic and vinyl in my S3.
I have a complete set of the original (RHD & LHD) that were given to me that you can have. They are dirty and pretty rough, but all the pieces (base. arm rest and uppper) are there and you could rebuild them or take them to an upholstery guy and I'm sure he could rebuild them or use them as a template to make a copy. They are a pretty simple design.
