RRC for sale ad craigslist

does anyone here own this?
I get so confused everytime i see it. I was actually contemplating looking at it but the ad seems very odd. the ad is renewed everyday and everyday the price is different, one day 2000 another day 3000 then the next day back down to 2500. its been for sale for months.
is this a real ad?

it's a real ad, I called the guy a month ago, seems like there is a lot of work that needs to be done to this one. Probably a decent deal for parts though.

Just like the stock market these trucks apparently fluctuate in value :) maybe it is a prime candidate for this :
