anyone know what is causing my wipers to stop short of their ending position? the motor works fine, do i need a new part or just an adjustment to be done?

Wiper position
Just a thought, can you remove from the spindle at the base, rotate the wiper arm to where you want it to go to and then re-seat onto the spindle again?
