2004 Discovery

Hi folks,

Wanted to introduce myself and hopefully get some feedback. I'm an ALRE member in Edmonton, Alberta and it's great to see such an active LR club here in BC (wish we had access to trails like what you guys have out here).

I'm looking at a 2004 Disco in your neck of the woods and was wondering if any of you happen to know this truck:

It's located in Langley. If not, not a biggie but can you folks recommend a good Rover shop in the Vancouver area that you trust to do a thorough inspection? I'll be vacationing in Vancouver in about 2 weeks for about 11 days so if it seems like a potential good buy, then I'd like an inspection done during my time out there. I've spoken to the seller and he doesn't seem to know very much about LR's so I'm not getting a good read on the truck from the ad other than it "looks" tidy but that's about it.

Welcome! always good to hear from our neighbours in Alberta!

The price is good on the D2 you are interested in, I agree definately worth getting checked out and cumputor read by an experienced LR Mechanic.
