D2 CDL install help

Hi, I live in Ladner and recently purchased a D1 CDL for my 2000 D2. I'ts got the guts but needs the shifter. Is there anyone in the lower mainland that could help me with this install. I can probably do most if it myself but could use some help with trouble shooting.

That is great, thanks. I've found a few other videos and write ups online but nothing as detailed.
