One of the four wheels arrived today! last November when we got studded snows for the D2 I thought finding a second set of 16" wheels by spring would be simple. Well, I didn't know the bolt pattern for D2s and P38 RRs was non-standard for Land Rover. Then I thought to myself that there's tons of D2s and P38s out there, so how difficult would it be? Well, I found ONE set of used wheels in Canada. Then, if I understand correctly, the wheels went to Sydney NS, not Sidney BC (I have to confirm this report). Cyndi called me at work this afternoon asking me why only one wheel showed up. Turns out they've been shipped in individual boxes through Canada Post back across the country.
Does this mean the wheels have an extra 5,000kms on them?

D&M Auto Wreckers in Lumby have 4 or 5 D2's with the alum wheels sitting in the back of them. A couple even have 5 matching aluminum wheels.
Unfortunatly, they took all the steel stock spare tire wheels & welded them together to make axle/frame stands.
