FYI...
It might interest y'all to know that the folks at Advance Adapters offer transfer case adapters to mate the Series I, II, IIA & III transfer box with some manual Dodge and GM 4 and 5 speed transmissions. There are loads of NV4500 tranny's around that might be an good option for a Rover re-power.
